INSTRUCTIONS

1. Each exhibitor must complete an Entry Form emailed information is acceptable.

2. Rabbit and Cavy entries must be made on separate forms.

3. Chose payment method.

4. If you choose to make on-line payment with PayPal you will need to enter the number of animals entered in the PayPal shopping cart.

5. Continue shopping for each show you wish to enter.

6. You may also pay for your RV Site and Banquet - just enter the desired number in the PayPal shopping cart.

7. You may also join ASRCBA or renew your membership through PayPal.

8. After Payment is made you will be returned to this page.

9. Click on 'Pay by mail' and complete the entry on the form.  Please cut & paste this form to email entry to appropriate show secretary.  Or type your entry details in an email and send to the appropriate show secretary.

10. Reminder:  Entry fees must reach the secretary BEFORE the show.
